eClinical Solutions LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (Swiss-U.S. DPF) and to the rights of EU and UK individuals and Swiss individuals as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. eClinical Solutions LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. eClinical Solutions LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program Principles (Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, EU-U.S DPF Extension, Principles, and/ or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Principles, eClinical Solutions LLC commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information transferred to the United States pursuant to the DPF Principles. eClinical Solutions LLC has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, Data Privacy Framework Services, operated by BBB National Programs. Information About our Service Platform/Application
eClinical Solutions may receive or collect information under the direction of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal clinical trial data it processes. If you are a customer or patient of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients and are pursuant to that Client’s opt in procedures.
eClinical Solutions acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to the eClinical Solutions’ Client (the data controller). If eClinical Solutions is requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
