Katrina Rice is an accomplished Chief Delivery Officer with an impressive career that spans over 25 years and includes advancement into increasingly demanding leadership roles. With a solid history of leading business transformations and managing global portfolios, she is as much at home scaling operations as she is in developing strategies that drive revenue growth. At eClinical Solutions, Katrina was recently promoted from Executive Vice President of Professional Services to Chief Delivery Officer. She has previously held various technical roles at Lockheed Martin Energy Group and Bayer. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with Advanced Applications from the University of New Haven. In her free time, Katrina is an active participant of Chief, a private network for women in senior leadership roles, Treasurer in her church where she oversees all financial aspects and a Member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to public service with an emphasis on programs that assist the African American community.
Igor Proscurshim, MD is a surgeon by training and transitioned into drug development with the goal of getting life-saving medicines to patients as efficiently and as quickly as possible. As a surgeon he dedicated 10+ years to clinical surgical research with a focus in colorectal cancer. Currently as Head of Clinical Development at Dynamicure, Igor leads a small team developing one of the most exciting programs in early clinical development in oncology.
The constant exercise of science and logic that drug development demands, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in thousands of patients lives are the primary reasons for Igor’s change in his career path from surgery to drug development.
Meaghan joined Halloran Consulting Group in 2017. She brings more than 20 years of experience pre-and post-market medical device and Phase I-IV drug trial experience. She has extensive experience working with both pharmaceutical and device companies, proven management skills in industry settings, as well as experience in the development and execution of clinical programs.
Wide-ranging expertise includes managing collaborations, departments, projects, programs, sites, vendors, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. She utilizes her experience of clinical trial design, execution, and process improvement to drive transformation.
